The main function
What is the main function of the Nervous System? Well, the main function is to send messages from the brain through the spinal cord and finally to the muscle. This leads to the muscles moving and responding. Another main fuction of the Nervous System is protecting us from pain.
THe main organs
1. Brain
2. Spinal Cord
3.Brain Stem
4.Neurons
5.Muscles
1. Obviously the main organ is the brain. The brain is the recieves the stimulus message and reacts to it by sending a nerve. This nerve sends a message to a muscle through the spinal cord. This is message is called a nerve impulse. After that, the muscles reacts to the stimulus.
2. The spinal cord is a main function cause it creates the pathway for the nerve impulses. The spinal cord sends the nerve impulses from the brain to the muscle faster than the blink of an eye.
3. The brain stem collects the nerve messages and sends them as well.
4.Neurons are brain cells. The cells are very essential cause these are the cells that send the messages to the brain and to the muscles.
5.Muscles are very important because this is how this the reaction from the nerve messages sent from the brain.
